Coanda Air offers Priority Packing & Full Shipping Insurance as an optional service that provides enhanced security and faster handling for your order. This insurance covers your shipment against loss or theft during transportation by the shipping company.
By selecting this option at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this policy.
2. Coverage
When you purchase Priority Packing & Full Shipping Insurance, Coanda Air will:

Prioritize the packing and dispatch of your order.

Ensure your shipment is fully insured against loss or theft during transportation by the shipping company.

In the unlikely event of loss or theft during shipment, Coanda Air will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider for compensation or replace your products, depending on availability and the specific case.
3. Exclusions
This insurance does not cover:

Product damage caused by the shipping company, during transportation, improper handling, use, or after delivery.

Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery to the customer’s address.

Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
4. Claim Procedure
If your insured order is lost or stolen during shipment:

Include your order number, tracking number, and a short description of the issue.

Coanda Air will contact the shipping company to initiate a formal investigation and claim process.

Once the claim is approved by the shipping company, Coanda Air will either:

Issue a refund, depending on product availability and the case.

Coanda Air acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and the shipping company in such cases and bears no direct liability for the carrier’s actions or omissions.
5. Limitation of Liability
Coanda Air’s liability under this policy is strictly limited to the value of the insured order.
Coanda Air is not liable for:

Errors by the shipping company,

Losses exceeding the order’s total value,

Or any indirect or consequential damages.
6. Non-Refundable Fee
The €4.98 insurance fee (including VAT) is non-refundable once the order has been shipped, regardless of outcome or delivery status.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing Priority Packing & Full Shipping Insurance, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
This service is optional, and orders placed without it are shipped under standard carrier liability rules, without additional protection.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by Greek and European Union law, and any disputes arising from or related to it shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
