Terms of Sale and Warranty

The products are delivered fully functional, inspected, and ready for use. The buyer bears sole responsibility for the correct installation and use of the product in accordance with the official instructions provided by the manufacturer.

The transportation of the products is carried out at the responsibility and expense of the customer. The manufacturer/seller bears no responsibility for damages, losses, or alterations that may occur during transportation or loading/unloading of the product by shipping companies. The customer is required to inspect the product upon receipt and immediately report any damages to the shipping company.

The final result of the sandblasting process depends on many factors such as the operator's experience, the material of the surface, the choice of blasting material, the machine settings, as well as environmental factors, for which the manufacturer/seller bears no responsibility. The sandblasting result is subjective and cannot be guaranteed or predicted by the manufacturer or seller. The customer bears full and exclusive responsibility for the outcome of using the product.

The company does not trade in used machines and does not accept returns of products that have been used, even minimally.
A product may only be returned within 14 days from the date of invoice issuance, provided that the following conditions regarding its unused and unoperated state are met. Specifically, a return is only accepted if:

The product has not been used at all.
No blasting material has been placed inside the machine.
The product is returned within 14 days from the invoice date.
The return is made at the customer’s expense and responsibility to the manufacturer/seller.
The product is inspected by the manufacturer within 7 working days and confirmed to be unused and in excellent condition.

If all of the above conditions are met and the return is formally approved in writing by the manufacturer, the refund process will begin within 14 days.

The manufacturer reserves the absolute right to refuse the return of the product if the above conditions are not fully met.

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Damage or wear resulting from incorrect or improper use, unsuitable blasting material, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear due to use is not covered.

The manufacturer bears no responsibility for any damage to objects, surfaces, or components resulting from the use of the product. The customer/user bears full and exclusive responsibility for selecting the appropriate machine, materials, and method of use, as well as for any work carried out with the product.

Under no circumstances shall the manufacturer or seller be held liable for injury, death, bodily harm, or any other damage to persons or property that may arise directly or indirectly from the use, misuse, or improper installation of the product. The use of the product is entirely at the customer’s/user’s own responsibility.

The manufacturer/seller shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of profits, delays, expenses, loss of production, or other financial damages that may arise directly or indirectly from the use or non-use of the product.

Notice for private consumers:

In the case of a sale to private consumers (non-professionals), the provisions of the applicable consumer protection legislation (Law 2251/1994) apply, including, among others, the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

It is emphasized that, according to Article 3ib of Law 2251/1994, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products which, due to their nature, cannot be returned to their original condition after use, to products that have been used or modified, or to products manufactured to order or with special customizations, as provided by applicable law.

Exclusive Jurisdiction and Governing Law Clause:

Any dispute, claim, or conflict arising from the purchase, use of the products, or the interpretation or application of these terms, including any claims for compensation or of any other nature, shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, Greece. Resorting to any other court or authority is strictly prohibited, regardless of the place of residence or registered office of the customer or user of the product. The exclusive governing law is Greek law.

By completing the purchase, the customer declares that they unconditionally accept this exclusive jurisdiction clause and waive any objection regarding the place of jurisdiction for any dispute.
